- Police-checked staff on every team, casuals included.
- How do we know you actually turned up?
- Geofenced check-in and check-out, plus photos of every clean, kept on file. Ask for them any time.
- Can you clean a medical space properly?
- Our founders, Sam and Jen, hold HLTINF006 (infection prevention and control) and train our team in it.Also trained in GP and allied health cleaning, blood and body fluid spills, and PPE donning and doffing.
- What about safety on site?
- WHS risk management certified (BSBWHS414). Safe Work Method Statements for every task.
- What about keys and alarms?
- We work with your key and swipe access systems and follow your security protocols.
- Are we locked in?
- No lock-in contracts on standard service, and no hidden fees. After-hours cleaning at no extra charge.
Two locals who started this for a reason.
Samuel Smith and Jennifer Jung founded Coasties on the Central Coast in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. For Sam it was personal: his mother's illness showed him how much a safe, clean space matters.
Jen brings the eye for detail and the care for every client. What started as a small local operation now runs teams across four regions, from our home base in Long Jetty.
