Terms and Conditions for Quotations and Bookings, Commercial:

  1. Validity of Quotations:
    • All quotations provided by Coasties Commercial Cleaning for commercial cleaning services are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified in writing.
    • Quotations are based on the information provided by the client at the time of inquiry. Any changes to the scope of work or specifications may result in adjustments to the quoted price.
  2. Acceptance of Quotations:
    • Clients must confirm acceptance of the quotation in writing before scheduling the cleaning service.
    • The acceptance of a quotation constitutes a binding agreement between the client and Coasties Commercial Cleaning to provide the specified cleaning services at the agreed-upon price and terms.
  3. Payment Terms:
    • Payment for commercial cleaning services provided by Coasties Commercial Cleaning is due, within 14 days of invoice date. unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    • Late payments may be subject to additional fees and charge
  4. Cancellation and Amendments by Client:
    1. Clients may cancel or amend their booking for commercial cleaning services by providing written notice to Coasties Commercial Cleaning at least, 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
    2. Cancellations or amendments made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date may be subject to cancellation fees (50% of your booking, and failure to cancel will result in 100% of the booking) .
  5. Cancellation and Amendments by Supplier:
    • Coasties Commercial Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or amend a booking for commercial cleaning services in the following circumstances:
      • Unforeseen circumstances or emergencies that prevent the safe and timely completion of the cleaning service.
      • Non-payment or late payment of fees by the client.
      • Client’s failure to provide access to the premises or necessary utilities required to perform the cleaning service.
    • In the event of cancellation or amendment by Coasties Commercial Cleaning, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the cleaning service at a mutually convenient time.
  6. Liability and Indemnity:
    • Coasties Commercial Cleaning shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the provision of commercial cleaning services, except in cases of willful misconduct or negligence.
    • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Coasties Commercial Cleaning harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s breach of these terms and conditions or negligent acts or omissions.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.
    • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.

Terms and Conditions for Residential Cleaning Services

  1. Validity of Quotations:
    • All quotations provided by Coasties Commercial Cleaning for residential cleaning services are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified in writing.
    • Quotations are based on the information provided by the client at the time of inquiry. Any changes to the scope of work or specifications may result in adjustments to the quoted price.

    • Clients must confirm acceptance of the quotation in writing before scheduling the cleaning service.

    • Payment for residential cleaning services provided by Coasties Commercial Cleaning is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    • Late payments may be subject to additional fees and charges as outlined in our payment terms and conditions.
  4. Cancellation and Amendments by Client:
    • Clients may cancel or amend their booking for residential cleaning services by providing written notice to Coasties Commercial Cleaning at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
    • Cancellations or amendments made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date may be subject to cancellation fees. (50% of your booking, and failure to cancel will result in 100% of the booking) .
